My Eggs in flavoured Tomato

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the Tomatoes to a frying pan add a little olive oil heat up then add the tomatoes and all the other ingredients except the eggs then mix all in and heat up cook for 4 minutes
* Step 3
Make a piece of toast or croutons to go with it.
* Step 4
Next make a little well and crack the egg and drop it in the well do the same with the other egg. And cook until the egg look cooked if you want it hard yolk leave a little longer.
* Step 5
With a spatula gently lift the egg alittle to make sure its not stuck the the bottom.
* Step 6
Then lift the eggs out add the flavoured tomato on a serving plate then add the eggs and serve.
