Cooking instructions

* Step 1

When the peas have soaked overnight, rinse well under running cold water in a colander.

Add them to plenty of water 2 inch over the top of the peas in the pan. Boil add a little salt then simmer until they have absorbed the water and are soft and mushy. Stir often takes 20- 30 minutes. Don't let them cook too dry though. Turn off the heat and leave them to thicken more.

Add the fish to a preheated oven 170 for 30 minutes check and turn them over for a further 5 minutes

Peel the potatoes and then cut into chip shapes.

To deep fry Potatoe chips. Heat up the oil not too hot then add the chips let them get hot as the oil gets hot slow when bubbling turn down to half heat let them cook for 2 minutes then turn up to high shake the chips in the basket for a bit and let them brown and then remove them takes about 5- 6 minutes.

Add the fish on the burger buns add the salad and sauce. Add the Chips and Peas add a little vinegar to the beans they taste better 1/2 tsp.
