My Celery Green Bell Pepper Soup #Lunch #Starter
This idea worked well. The blend of the garlic onions, black pepper, bell pepper and celery. I love it! #Lunch #Starter
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the veg and crush the garlic
* Step 2
Add the onions to a frying pan and cook for 1 minute then add the garlic and cook for a further 30 secounds add the salt and pepper. Then set aside
* Step 3
1 +1/2 pints water boiling add the celery and red pepper and boil for 10 minutes. Next add the dried stock cube crumble in stir
* Step 4
Next add the onion mix to the celery pan and stir bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes stir.
* Step 5
Add all to a blender and blend until smooth 1 minute
* Step 6
Add back to the pan not on the heat cool a little then add the cream stir in and bring to the boil.
* Step 8
Add to serving bowls add a little parsley on top. Serve hot. Enjoy
