My Bacon, Cheese Fried Sandwich

2 Slices

grilled bacon

2 Slices

buttered bread

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Butter both sides of the bread.

Grill the bacon.

* Step 3

Add one slice cheese on the slice of bread, then the bacon and then the other slice of cheese.

* Step 4

Add the top slice of bread then add to a hot non stick frying pan. Grill both sides on medium heat for 5 minutes until a nice golden brown.

* Step 5

Toast both sides when the cheese melts and both sides are browned cut the sandwich in half and serve.
