My Bagel + Avocado, Tomato, Poached Egg, Cream Cheese

Another nice filling breakfast. So nice mid morning. So quick and easy to cook too. #Breakfast

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grill the Avocado sliced, the hallumi slice and Tomato grill both sides of each for 3-4 minutes on medium

* Step 2

Spread the cream cheese on the top and bottom of the Bagel

Poach the egg

* Step 4

Add the bottom muffin to a serving plate then add the hallumi slice, next on top the Avocado, then the Tomato slices

Next add the poached egg a little salt on top of the pile and add the liittle parsley poke a hole in the yolk so the yolk runs down and serve
