Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a dash of oil in large pot
* Step 2
Add onions, garlic, and pork. Fry until done. Add flour and mix well.
* Step 3
Add seasonings and the rest of ingredients.
* Step 4
Cook on medium for 20 minutes.
* Step 5
Fry diced potatoes in separate frying pan until done.
* Step 7
Layer in large bowl: fried potatoes, then eggs, green chili, cheese, and avacado.
