My Mediterranean chicken & Rice 🥰#Mainmeal#Lunch
Enjoyed making this as it's so easy . Cooked boiled rice, and mix in sundries Tomatoes in a little oil some Basil, A little courgette chopped, garlic, sweet peppers and add all in with the rice. Then add chopped Garlic chicken into the mix really nice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the rice ingredients together and set aside.
* Step 2
Add the chicken to a frying pan with a little olive oil and the mashed garlic and fry until cooked, cutting as you cook the chicken into little pieces. Add the diced sweet peppers
* Step 3
Next add the mixed rice mix and oil to the chicken mix in and add the Balsamic vinegar mix. Cook to warm all together 3 minutes.
