Slow roasting. Love roasting veg. Added Garlic granuals and a little olive oil and cracked black pepper. Lovely

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Turn on the oven 160Β°C Add the potatoes to an oven dish.

Next add the red cabbage and leek

Then add the mushrooms, onion, sweet pepper. Add the garlic all over the top then the oil sprinkle over and lastly the black pepper.

Cover with Foil and cook for 45 minutes. Then take out of the oven and remove foil.

* Step 5

Add back to the oven for a further 15 minutes until potatoes are soft.

Serve hot as a side dish.
