Love this with Toast. I love the little bits of Cracked black pepper burst with flavour when they are bits instead of powdered . I think it makes this Omelette more exciting. #breakfast#Brunch#Lunch

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk the egg add the milk if you want it. And add salt and black cracked pepper. Grate the cheese chop the tomatoes and slice the onions.

In a non stick pan just grease it a little. Heat up and add the Whisked Egg in the pan. Let it heat on the bottom for one minute.

Add the onion sprinkled all over next the chopped Tomatoes.

Finally the Grated cheese spread equally. Loosen the omelette in the frying pan around the edges.

Preheat your grill and then add the pan with the omelette under the grill melt the cheese on top so as you dont burn the underneath waiting for the cheese to melt.

* Step 6

Take out of the grill and add back to the heat under the pan shake gently and if it moves freely then lift half up and fold it over the other half so its half a circle. Serve with some fresh parsley to garnish.
