My Roasted Veg

So nice and tasty with the basil and a little Garlic flavour. You can use any veg you like wash and dry it then coat it in a flavour or just season with Salt and Pepper .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut and add all the veg your roasting. Add to a roasting dish

* Step 2

Mix in the basil and garlic and then sprinkle over the olive oil just a little.

* Step 3

Cook in a preheated oven 180°C for 15 - 20 minutes

* Step 4

Serve and add a little salt and pepper and some fresh parsley to garnish
