My Chilli BBQ Chicken Thighs πŸ˜‹

I love these slow cooked in the oven too high just burns them and the sauce. #chicken#Supper#Starter

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the thighs on parchment paper in a roasting tray. Just lift the skin up a little then add a 1/2 tsp chilli oil inside the skin then add the BBQ sauce all over the top. Marinate for 2 hours the thighs on parchment paper

* Step 2

Add them to a preheated oven 150 for 1 hour slowly cooking. Check they are cooked if not add back for a further 20 minutes

* Step 3

When they are done let them cool before serving. The difference from slow cooking them the chicken tastes of the chilli and sauce right through. I had mine with some sweetcorn.
