Well I cooked a lot with the left over mashed potato. The rest I'm freezing. These were so Tasty but we will have them later.Gorgeous.#Lunch #Supper#Sidedish#chicken#Mashedpotato
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl mix well.
* Step 2
Have the 3 inch veg oil hot near to boiling test by dropping a bit of the mix if it bubbles straight away it's ready. Using a2 spoons scoop up a tbls of the mix and carefully drop I to the hot oil slide it off with the other Spoon. Give the pan a shake to get the oil all over.
* Step 3
After 1minute or when browned turn them over in the oil.
* Step 4
Next using a slotted spoon take each one out and add to kitchen paper to soak up some of the excess oil.
* Step 5
Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
