Ingredient

dried Basil

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

After soaking lentils overnight rinse once again then add to 1/2 pint Water bring to the boil then simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.

Add the butter to a fruing pan then add the onions, Corriander seeds crushed and Basil. Stir around

* Step 3

Next add the tin of Tomatoes to the onion mix, chicken stock with the black pepper. Mix in. Bring to the boil.

* Step 4

Add the red lentils which are soft and cooked and the water. Then add the tomato and onion mix into a blender. Mix for 1 minute then pour all back in thre pan and heat up if its really thick add a littte more boiling Water.

* Step 5

Serve with a little fresh Corriander leaves chopped.
