This is quite cheap and quick and really Tasty. You can buy already made Hollinsdaise sauce just add milk. Dont use bacon that is too salty.#oxfordstudents #Breakfast#Brunch#Bacon#Eggs

* Step 1

Cut the muffin across and toast both insides

Grill the Bacon (not too Salty)

* Step 3

Make the hollindaise sauce. And poach the eggs with soft yolk.

Add the bacon to the bottom half of the muffin, then the cooked Egg add the sauce all over and serve and enjoy
