Alfredo stuffed Garlic Bread. 😘

I love this italian recipe especially this one. Your supposed to make fettuccine pasta with this but just in the bread rolled is lovely. Lovely with a nice glass of wine.Also i made 2 pints of the sauce so i can make another recipe with the sauce.#BakingContest#Lunch#Starter#Italian

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up the milk to warm add i tsp sugar and whisk until dissolved. Then add the yeast powder on the top and leave to go frothy for 10 minutes.

Next add flour and butter and mix by hand or in a mixer until all mixed then add sugar and salt and mix.then add the egg yolk and mix then garlic powder and dried parsley mix

Add the milk mix to the flour mix and stir with a spatula scraping the flour stuck on the sides then add the egg and mix. Pour it out on a floured surface and knead for 12 minutes until its elastic to pull and not sticky at all add extra flour if its still sticky.

Next wipe the inside of the bowl with olive oil so as the dough ball does not stick place the dough in the bowl and cover with a slightly damp towel for 2 hours to rise.

Make the filling.

When its risen roll out to a large oblong shape

Roll until its flat and oblongΓ a start to roll the end inwards. Then add 2 tbls of the sauce and spread along the souce. Then roll over the sauce and repeat until its finished and its a big rolled loaf.

Now add the bread to an oven dish with parchment paper to a pre- heated oven 160C for the time. Checking halfway throuh. Serve on its own or with a pizza

When its cooked and cooled slice and have it with a bolognaise or a pizza or just on its own. With the sauce left over make some other recipes with it.
