This makes a lovely flavour to this dish. Serve with new potatoes or Mash. Oh my it's so lovely. #Mainmeal#Chicken

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grate the Ginger and chop the tarragon leaves. Add the chicken sliced into thick pieces to melted butter in a frying pan. Also add the ginger, salt.

Next add 1/4 Cup of Chicken Stock in the water and add to the chicken. Next add the Carrots and peas And let it boil then simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the Lemon juice stir in and take off the heat and add to a oven dish.. add the Tarragon to that and mix leave to cool for a minute then add the Cream.

Add to a preheated oven 160Β°C for 20 minutes covered with a lid or silver foil. Serve Hot with boiled potatoes and make a bead of Spinach on the serving plate. I had Sweet potato mash with mine.
