Fancied trying a new breakfast and it worked together nicely 😊#Breakfast

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt a little butter in a non stick frying pan. Add the sausage let it fry and colour all around before you add the rest about 3 minutes then add the onions, fry for 1 minute.

Next add the sliced halloumi and tomatoes, then then add the rest cook on low heat when turn the cheese over to grill the other side.

* Step 3

Add the Chorizo and cook for about 3 minutes. Then all cooked serve hot with toast and a blob of your favourite Sauce.
