A plain Mushroom Omelette
My zhusband just wanted a plain one with mushrooms.#breakfast#lunch #Egg.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the eggs and milk also salt and black pepper in a bowl.
* Step 2
Slice the mushrooms.add oil to the pan add the egg then add the mushrooms on top
* Step 3
Add a little more black pepper. Turn on the grill ready. When the omelette moves in the panr a minute or two, freely then take it off and add to the grill to grill the mushrooms and the top. Serve hot with toast.
