Sundried Tomato Butter
This is an old recipe i had on here in another name a long time ago. So i had to copy and rewrite it on this my proper thought i would share it.#Butter.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mash the butter make sure its been out of the fridge in room temperature. mash it into the chopped sundried tomatoes. If out of a jar just pat dry most of the oil off the tomatoes.
* Step 2
Next you get clingfilm and pat it into a oblong shape and roll the clingfilm until its warapped then put in the fridge and take it out for som falavourable mashed potatoe or to sear mushrooms, Steak, bacon adds a lovely strong flavour.
