My take on a Meatloaf.πŸ’–

I have seen these recipes for Meatloaf. Its an America recipe i have friends in America and thats where i see they love it. Im not sure really where it originated from ( feel free to let me know)i can say this was really lovely so happy with it. #Mainmeal#lunch#Beef

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

1+1/2 Hrs
1

Egg

1/2 Cup

oats

1/2 tsp

Salt

1/2 Cup

Milk

1 tbls

Runny Honey

1 tbls

BBQ Sauce

1/2 Cup

Ketchup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the Meat with the Egg, Oats, Milk,onion,pepperoni and Mustard also sweet diced pepper in a bowl and mix together, salt, pepper beef stock cube crumble in the mix. And combine with your hand. Dont over mix. Heat the oven ready 180C.

* Step 2

Press down the meat mix in a greased loaf tin. Then pour over the ketchup mix topping.

* Step 3

Take out the oven and drain some of the juice off then let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.

* Step 4

Serve with sweet heart cabbage and Sugar snap peas. Or any veg you like. Potatoes mashed ot just boiled. If in the mood oven Chips.
