Scambled Egg on Toast

I saw this being cooked the right way on a pop up recipe. No more scraping pans and over or under done in the microwave.it has a lovely creamy taste and are a hit for all my family.#Breakfast#Lunch

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

5 minutes
1/4 cup

milk

1 pinch

Salt

1 pinch

Black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add 2 Eggs to a bowl and Whisk for about a minute

* Step 2

Add salt and pepper and milk

* Step 3

Add one tsp butter to a non stick pan and melt

* Step 4

Add the egg

* Step 5

When it starts to bubble around the edges then with a spatula lift the edges towards the middle keep doing this until its done

* Step 6

Then lastly add the other tsp butter to the middle and its melts and gives a lovely creamy taste to the scrambled egg

* Step 7

To finish serve on toast add a little parsley died or fresh. And no scrubbing the pan.😀
