Parmesan smashed Roast Potatoes
I saw this somewhere and had to try it. Yes 10/10.lovely😀#sidedish
Cooking instructions
* Step 3
Drain the water off the potatoes and add the oil to the oven dish
* Step 4
Roll the potatoes around to cover in oil
* Step 5
Add to the oven on high for 20 minutes turn them all around so as they get crisp and browned for a further 20 minutes
* Step 6
Drain off the oil and sprinkle the parmeasan cheese all over the top squash each potatoe a little so as the parmeasan cheese goes inside a little. Pop back in the oven for 5 minutes
