Lamb and mint on a Brioch Buns

I had some frozen cooked lamb in the freezer so I made this...its scrumptious 💙 #Supper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up the butter

* Step 2

Add the lamb and mix the mint in. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Get your Brooch buns ready

On the inside of the top part add the sauce

Next add the onion

Lastly the lettuce

When the lamb is cooked add to the buns

Add the tops and enjoy!
