Chicken breast cut into strips dipped in seasoned flour with salt n pepper seasoning and Paprika. #Dinner #Chicken

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pan of deep veg oil up to hot test it with a little bit of chicken if it bubbles mad thats the right temp

* Step 2

Whike the veg oil gets hot Cut the chicken strips

Add egg white to a bowl and using tongs dip the chicken strip in cover all over

Then dip into the flour mix cover all over too

* Step 5

Make sure its covered then bring it over to the boiling oil. Keeping hold with the tongs put it in a little first and then let it drop in. (This way it stops it falling and sticking to the bottom)

Just add a few at a time then let fry for 2 minutes, then add the to an ovenproof tray with kitchen roll to dry them off

Add all of them then take the kitxhen roll off and put them in the oven on 150 for 10 minutes.

While they are in the oven makes time to cook other stuff you want to eat with them. Or just them and have your fav dipping sauce.
