My Just plain Belly Pork fried or Grilled until crispy πŸ˜€

Just salt and pepper tastes so good like this too so many ways and flavours but my husband just loves it like this. Made it with the sweet cabbage from earlier recipe and small crunchie Roast potatoes .#Dinner

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

8 slices

Belly pork

3 tbls

Olive oil

Pinch

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up the oil in a frying pan add the Belly pork cook on both sides for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Then turn the heat down cover and simmer for about 15 minutes

* Step 3

Add the salt and pepper to both sides leave the cover off and cook fast turning and moving them around for 10 minutes once the fatty part looks crisp remove and serve hot.
