Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the oil to the pan heat up and add the cumin seeds
* Step 2
Peal and cut the cooled potatoes into cubes
* Step 3
Add the potatoes to the frying pan with the,tumeric, chilli paste,corriander,salt & pepper close the lid and let it fry on medium heat. Make sure the spices are all mixed with the potatoes
* Step 4
Add the rest but not the lemon juice
* Step 5
Stir in and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
* Step 6
When cooked Add the lemon juice and stir in. Then serve with some fresh corriander on top.
