My Garlic Buttered Mustard Mushrooms in a creamy sauce πŸ˜€

These were lovely with the #mustard sauce.

Ingredient

Food ration :

15 minutes
2 tbls

Butter

2 Tbls

Red Wine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a frying pan heat up 1 tbls Butter and add the Garlic in the butter swirl it around until its melted and hot then add the mushrooms cook for 3 minutes

Next add the other tbls Butter and the Dijon and wholegrain and mix in

Make a clearing inthe middle and add the wine and stir let it fry high for 1 minute

Stir in and cook util there is not much sauce left then take off the heat and let it cool

When cooled add the cream and stir in as you reheat it. About 2 minutes keep stirring.

Finished add the mushrooms to a serving bowl and then spoon some of the sauce over the mushrooms. serve hot as a side dish.
