My Buttery chilli Chicken kick

So Quick and simple 😀

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up the butter in a frying pan add the chilli garlic,chilli peppers, scallions and tomatoes halved

* Step 2

Part boil the broccoli florets

* Step 3

Add the butterflied chicken to the middle of the pan and fry on medium for 3 minutes

* Step 4

Turn chicken over and cook for another 3 minutes pushing the veg around the chicken

* Step 5

Add the drained broccoli to the outside of tbe chicken and cook turning the broccoli over and push the veg around and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through add the squeeze of lemon and stir around

* Step 6

Serve with mashed potatoes or fries
