Roasted Pork in Dijon Mustard and wholegrain

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast the pork with the mustard and wholegrain rubbed all over
* Step 2
In an oven dish with a lid. Cut large slices accross the top of the pork so as the flavour goes inside Place the pork in and pour over with the wine.
* Step 3
Close the lid and cook on medium 170 for 45 minutes-1 hour
* Step 4
When cooked. Add 1/4 cup of the juices from the dish to a little more mustard to the juice stir in add 1 tbls of cream and mix put in a small bowl and serve
