* Step 1
Chop all the veg and cheese
* Step 2
Add it all to the water in saucepan
* Step 3
Bring to the boil add the balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. On low heat cook for 30 mins
* Step 4
Add to blender and serve with black pepper on top.
