Szechuan Peppered Chicken Casserole
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Chop Chicken into Chunky squares, chop Carrots, onions
* Step 3
Pour the Wine into a saucepan bring to the boil and let it boil for 2 minutes
* Step 4
Add the onions to the boiling wine and simmer for another minute add all the ingredients and bring to the boil
* Step 11
Stir and mix then add to Casserole dish bring to boil then turn low for 1-2 hours add 2 heaped Tsp of corn starch/flour to thicken slightly
* Step 12
When cooked add to serving bowl and garnish with more black Pepper, lovely on cold nights
