My Minty Potato Salad
Lovely with Braised Lamb or Lamb Kebobs #Salad
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the potatoes then let them cool down.
* Step 2
Cut potatoes all small mouth size bites.
* Step 3
Slice the carrots as thin as you can
* Step 4
Add the carrots to the potatoes
* Step 5
In a small bowl add the Sour Cream, then add the mint sauce.
* Step 6
Stir the mint sauce and sour cream together.
* Step 7
Pour it into the dish with potatoes and carrots and mix carefully not to break potatoes
* Step 8
Transfer it to a serving bowl add a little thin pieces of carrot and garnish with parsley.
