Praline Topping

I was trying a recipe I found on the app. I didn't have the ingredients for the original topping, so I made this.

Ingredient

1/2 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine sugar and milk in sauce pan

* Step 2

Place on medium heat, stir until begins to boil. Then stir occasionally.....Do Not Scrape Sides! Will set up.

* Step 3

Heat to 200°F....almost soft ball stage.

* Step 4

Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Do Not Stir Yet!

* Step 5

When butter is melted completely, beat vigorously until glossy

* Step 6

Pour over cake or other desserts.

* Step 7

This is enough to glaze 1 8inch bundt cake.

* Step 8

It will harden slightly when cooled.

* Step 9

Serve and enjoy
