Spinach Tomato Omelet
Since I forgot his spinach the night before, my husband requested a spinach omelet.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Saute onion and tomato for 3 minutes, set aside
* Step 2
Lightly beat eggs and milk together
* Step 3
Pour half into nonstick pan, cook on medium heat for 2 minutes til thick
* Step 4
Add tomato, onion, and spinach
* Step 6
Carefully fold omelet to 1/3 then fold once more
* Step 7
Serve with salsa, or chopped veg.
* Step 8
Flip over and cook for 2 more minutes
