I thought of this a while back when i needed a side .
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut potatoes into quarters, pat dry
* Step 2
Place in medium bowl, drizzle with olive oil
* Step 3
Sprinkle rosemary over potatoes, stir to coat completely
* Step 4
Arrange on cookie sheet, one layer
* Step 5
Place in oven, bake at 425°F for 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden, and tender
* Step 7
Goes great with steak, chicken, or anything you like.
