Cooking instructions
* Step 1
cut the stems out of the mushrooms, set aside
* Step 2
hollow out the mushrooms, set bits aside
* Step 3
chop bits and stems coarsely
* Step 4
scramble sausage until browned
* Step 5
add the chopped stems to sausage, cook 5 minutes more
* Step 6
stuff sausage into mushrooms, top with cheese
* Step 7
broil in oven for 15 minutes at 400°F until cheese is bubbly
