Cooking instructions
* Step 1
The whole garlic, Cut in to half then drizzle olive oil then wrap it up in aluminium foil and bake 200 c for 40 minutes, or longer once it’s cool just squeeze it out onto soften butter and mix
* Step 2
Mix the melted butter with fresh rosemary, thyme and Chili Flake,, add some chedder and mozzarella cheese and some boiled sausage then spoon generously onto the cavity of the slice baguette and press gently
* Step 3
Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes or longer for more crispy edge
* Step 4
I enjoy with spicy mayonnaise and bbq sauce and TOP with Chili pepper flakes
