Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fully coat mackerel with bbq sauce then layer few onion ring under snd on top of mackerel
* Step 2
BAKED AT 200 C for 20 to 25 minutes basting after 10 minutes till mackerel are cooked and sauce start to thicken
