* Step 1
pound the ginger first and squeeze for 1 tbsp of ginger juice set aside
* Step 2
cut pineapple and carrot into small chunk and blend it with ice cube then add ginger juice in and mix well then seive
* Step 3
OPTIONAL FLAVOUR MORE OR LESS DEPENDING TO YOUR TASTE .
* Step 4
ADDED GINGER FLAVOUR MAKES IT SPECIAL BUT IF YOU DISLIKE GINGER JUST OMIT IT..
