Green Bean With Chinese Smoked Sausage
YOU CAN USE PLAIN CHINESE SMOKED SAUSAGE OR WINE FLAVOURED CHINESE SAUSAGE (LAP CHEONG )

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Steam the chinese sausage for 10 minutes then add light soy sauce and steam for another 10 minutes then set aside
* Step 2
in pan in low heat saute chinese sausage and garlic till garlic is lightly brown then add then add green bean
* Step 3
Optional you can add red small chili pepper or omit it and for 2 minute then add 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
* Step 4
stir fry for another 2 minute then add spring onion and mix well off heat
