Cooking instructions
* Step 1
With enough water submerge the bacon and let it simmer till water dry up then continue to cook the bacon till it’s lightly crispy then mix with 1tbsp of bbq sauce off heat set aside
* Step 2
Bring a pot of water to a boil then simmer for 4 minutes then off heat and with running water peel off the shell
* Step 3
Serve this simple egg and bacon with some salad on ritz biscuits
