Shrimp and Pasta
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil pasta, strain and set aside in large bowl (skip if using zucchini noodles, add them at end of step 3). Dice tomato and mince garlic.
* Step 2
Add olive oil to pan over medium high heat. Saute garlic, then add tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and simmer.
* Step 3
Add white wine, water, juice of one lemon and Italian seasoning. When it starts to boil, lower heat to a simmer (if using zucchini noodles, toss in now). Cook for about 8 minutes.
* Step 4
Add shrimp, butter, and sprinkling of salt and pepper. Simmer for about 2 minutes. Turn shrimp, cook for about another minute until shrimp is finished.
