Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all except butter until gluten forms. Add butter

* Step 2

Ferment for 60 minutes

* Step 3

Divide into 3. Press air out. Roll and rest for 15 minutes

* Step 4

Shape and rest for 90 minutes

* Step 5

Bake at 200C for 22 minutes
