Beef ribs

Bacon

50 g

Garlic

300 g

Red wine

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry the bacon, pan fried the beef. Add butter

* Step 2

Fried onion. Stir in herbs and garlic. Add beef and paprika 5g, carrots.

* Step 3

Add two Bay leaves and tomato paste, bacon and red wine. Add chilli and chicken stock

* Step 4

Low heat for 40mins. Leave for overnight
