Ingredient

3 cups

milk

1/4 cup

sugar

4 cups

flour

2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat eggs, add milk and sugar. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to egg milk mixture. Beat with wire whisk untill smooth

* Step 2

Heat oil to 375F Pour batter into large baggie cutting corner off bottom.

* Step 3

From corner of baggie add to oil in a circle motion let fry for a min or 2 flip fry on other side

* Step 4

Drain on paper towel dust with powder sugar
