Fancy bread loaf

Ingredient

butter

50 ml

milk

60 ml

water

5 g

yeast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare water roux by stir in 30g bread flour and 70 g water, cooked under low heat until the mixture become thick paste. Let it cool down before use.

* Step 2

Mix milk, water, sugar 10 g and yeast in a bowl. wait for 15 min to proof the yeast

* Step 3

Mix in all the rest of ingredient and water roux. Then knead the mixture until the dough is smooth (take about 40 min)

* Step 4

Make colored dough according to your cartoon pattern
