Marinaded Oxtail
For my double-badge benefit recipe in this week’s #GlobalApron challenge, I chose spring onions, and I used them in this amazing oxtail marinade to infuse a fresh, vibrant flavor that perfectly complements the rich, savory notes of this fatty meat. How about you dive in and we enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl, mix oxtail and all the marinade ingredients, making sure they are completely coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer everything to a ziploc bag
* Step 2
Let oxtail marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat
