Habanero Pepper Sauce [African Hot Sauce]
I haven’t met a Chilli sauce that I haven’t liked. I love my Chilli very hot and this sauce delivers terrifying amounts of heat. If you can’t take it, tone it down by eaither using more tomatoes or just significantly reduce the number of peppers - you can use 10 instead of 15 and keep everything else the same
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Roughly chop up tomatoes, onions, and peppers
* Step 3
Blend all ingredients until liquid. Do not over blend
* Step 4
Transfer blend into a sauce pan. Bring to a boil then immediately turn down heat to low to slowly simmer for 15 minutes. Stir frequently to prevent sticking and burning. Add salt and taste. Oil will start to separate from the sauce to indicate doneness or almost. Cook down for as long as preferred
* Step 5
Let it cool then pour in a jar or container with a tight lid. Keep refrigerated for a week or longer - use a clean spoon each time you serve for prolonged preservation
