Homemade Masala Chai (spice tea) Blend
For my masala chai I used a total of 8 spices. The recipe can be easily altered depending on what you have ready on your kitchen counter as well as what appeals more to your tastebuds. My husband and I love it fully loaded and would do more if we could.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend spices to a semi-fine powder in a blender. Sift if looking for super fine masala chai or leave coarse as I did
* Step 2
Package in a clean jar and use 1/4tsp per cup, with hot water, a little sugar and your favorite creamer. You can sieve your tea with a strainer or enjoy the bits and pieces of different spices as you chuck it down
