Skillet chicken and olives
For #MyCookbook this week I thought of chicken dinners a lot. I love this dish for the briney taste of the olives, I feel it let's me enjoy fast cooked chicken minus the sour smell.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large skillet over high heat, heat butter or oil until sizzling
* Step 2
Mix together rosemary, salt, and pepper then sprinkle all around the chicken breasts
* Step 3
Sear each side of the breasts until a brown crust forms
* Step 4
Add olives and bouillon solution to the skillet, reduce heat to medium and let contents simmer while covered for about 5minutes
* Step 5
Enjoy this heavenly goody briny chicken with buttery mashed potatoes or any potato dish
